A: No. All Sample Sale orders are final.

Q: Can I combine my orders?

What is the Sample Sale?

Q: What is the Sample Sale?
A: The Abel Sample Sale is a one-off annual event where archive and distressed stock is sold at a 50% discount. These products may have packaging imperfections, but the fragrance inside remains correct.

This year’s event will be the FINAL Sample Sale. The sale is available for 24 hours only, while stocks last.

Q: What is Sample Sale stock?
A: Sample Sale stock can be identified online by the “Sample Sale” label on the product listing. If a product does not have this label, it is not Sample Sale stock.

Sample Sale products are offered at a discount due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Damaged outer box
- Tester packaging (perfume packaged in a plain tester box)
- Old retail stickers or barcodes on the box or cellophane
- Wrong name printed on the perfume bottle (the fragrance listed online reflects the perfume inside the bottle)
- Damaged print on the bottle
- Scratches on the cap
- No cellophane
- Marks on the outer box
- No notecard inside the box
- Mismatched boxes and perfume
- Sediment or discolouration of the perfume — this does not affect the fragrance and is a natural reaction between some ingredients

What is Mini Credit?

Our Mini Credit Offer allows you to redeem the full price of a Perfume Mini (€35/£35/NZ$65) when purchasing a 50ml Eau de Parfum of your choice.

This gives you the chance to experience the scent before committing to a full-sized bottle. Make sure you're signed up to our emails so you can receive your redemption code.

T&C - The Mini Credit voucher applies only to purchases of perfume minis, or perfume mini sets. The credit is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes in a single order. Only one credit voucher of €35/£35/NZ$65 is issued per order, regardless of the number of Minis purchased. Credit voucher can only be used on a 50ml Eau de Parfum.

Is a Mini Credit issued with Discovery Set purchases?

Yes — a Mini Credit is issued with every Discovery Set purchase. However, only one credit voucher is issued per order, regardless of how many Minis or Sets are included in your order. Mini Credit is not issued on Gift Set purchases.

Please note: When redeeming the Mini Credit vouchers, it cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or additional Mini Credits in a single transaction.

How do I claim my Mini Credit offer?

After your Perfume Mini or Perfume Mini Set purchase is confirmed, you will receive a specific email with a unique discount code to apply at checkout on your next order of a 50ml bottle of your chosen scent.

To ensure the credit voucher reaches you, please make sure you're subscribed to receive our emails.

I can’t find my Mini Credit code

Make sure you're signed up for our emails so you can receive your redemption code when you purchase a Mini. After your Mini purchase is confirmed, you will receive a specific email with a unique discount code to apply at checkout on your next order of a 50ml bottle of your chosen scent. If you have purchased a mini as part of a set, you will not receive the Mini Credit code.

Can I use a discount code on Perfume Minis?

Our Mini Credit Offer cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes in a single order.
