DO THE SCENTS SMELL DIFFERENT?

We have preserved the essence of each fragrance, true to its original character and with all the nuances you know and love.

Improving performance is not linear. Increasing the concentration of one ingredient means carefully fine-tuning others, to maintain overall balance. You may not smell a difference, but you will notice the performance.

Nurture is the only fragrance whose formula has remained the same. Designed as a low-allergen, soft, nurturing scent, increasing the concentration of certain key ingredients would have altered its gentle profile. For this reason, we chose to keep Nurture unchanged.

All other fragrances in the collection have been reformulated with an average 37% increase in concentration for greater strength and longevity.

ARE ABEL'S FRAGRANCES CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes, our entire fragrance collection is cruelty-free PETA certified.

ARE ABEL'S FRAGRANCES VEGAN?

Where there is a sustainable, higher quality and cruelty-free animal by product, we will use it in our formula. Our reformulated fragrances use an innovative ambrettolide (musk note) that is a by-product of the lac beetle. We choose this ingredient as the most sustainable and long-lasting natural alternative to petrochemical musks.

HAS THE PRICE CHANGED?

Reformulation is common industry practice as a way to cut costs. For us, it means investing more into our juice. With our scents an average of 37% stronger across the collection, our fragrances outperform the industry norm. Our new pricing reflects this.
