Sustainable Perfume

Our fully home compostable perfume caps are made from a plastic alternative, Vivomer. This innovative biotechnology material is stable in use but biodegrades within 20 weeks when returned to nature. Made from microbes that enzymatically break down with the soil, these caps are a fully circular solution to plastic waste. Our room spray caps are made of plastic due to sourcing constraints, we have a solution for phasing these out.

The entire Abel collection is Cruelty Free certified by PETA. This means all of our products and 100% of the ingredients used have been independently verified as not tested on animals, throughout the manufacturing process.

Made from 40% used coffee cups and 60% post-consumer recycled waste, our Eau de Parfum range is packaged in 100% recycled paper. Combined with removable spray pumps that allow our 50ml range to be kerbside recycled at end of life, our packaging sets a new standard for sustainability.
