Please note we can only process returns on fragrance that is unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order however, please feel free to contact us at info@abelfragrance.com.
Step 1:
Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. For all returns, products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition before sending back to us (we kindly ask for you to attach photographs to your email). All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please be aware we do not take liability for any lost or damaged goods in the return process.
Step 2:
Please wait for a confirmation from our customer service team. On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price of your product(s). We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. We will notify you once the refund transaction has taken place. Please be aware that your local bank will take up to 3-5 working days to receive the payment.
NOTE: Unfortunately due to dangerous goods shipping laws we can not facilitate returns outside of Europe.
