“Natural all the way.”
I CREATE —
I create to help move the conversation of how we eat, what we eat and the various ways to spread consciousness to our food in ways both new and those that are ancient.
I’M CURRENTLY INSPIRED BY —
Off grid living, 70s hippie cuisine and people of NYC.
I'M READING —
I’m a multiple-books-going-at-the-same time type reader. My summer reads currently are Big Friendship by Aminatou Sow and Ann Friedman, Down the Drain by Julia Fox and The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health by Michio Kushi.
I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF BY —
Finding time to be alone, to meditate, rest, focus on my plans and develop.
I CHOOSE NATURAL BECAUSE —
I have a very sensitive palate and nose and can easily detect synthetics, and very much dislike them. Natural all the way.
MY FAVOURITE ABEL SCENT —
Nurture is me — it cuts through and leaves a clean scent. I find anything too floral or woody distracting around food.
